What are the check-in and check-out times?
On the day of your arrival, your room will usually be available to you by 11.00 am!
If you arrive early in the morning, you can park your car and leave your luggage in the Hall of the hotel until you receive your room.
If you plan to arrive at the hotel after 10 pm, please let us know at the time of booking.
Check-out is until 9.30/10.00 am on the day of departure!
If you wish to spend some more time on the beach and leave after the above time, please let us know at the time of booking or a few days before your departure and we will check if your room is still available to accommodate you. If the room is available, Late Check-Out will be offered free of charge!
Where is your car park located?
Our private car park is located behind the hotel, at our Annex. The parking space is included in the price of your stay.
How far is the hotel from the centre and the beach?
We are located just 90 metres from the sea and 400 metres from the centre of Igea Marina!
Check the map in the Contacts section of our website and you will find that from our location you can easily reach the main attractions of the Romagna.
How can I book umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach?
You may contact the beach attendants at our recommended beaches directly when you arrive or select the "Beach Service" when booking on our website.
Do you have beach towels available?
Of course, Hotel Nevada will offer you free soft beach towels, you can independently change them and if you decide to keep them for a few days, the environment will thank you.
Just request them at the reception desk before you go and relax on the beach!
Are pets allowed?
Of course, pets are welcome at Hotel Nevada!
Is it possible to obtain a cot for my baby?
Yes, you can add a cot to the room of the parents.
In order to organise this in the best possible way, we recommend that you request this when you make your booking.
Do you offer rooms to accommodate disabled people?
No, unfortunately our rooms do not meet all the requirements to accommodate people with disabilities. You should check for yourself whether our rooms are suitable for you!
If I want to go on a trek one day, is it possible to get a packed lunch?
Yes, our kitchen staff will prepare a nice lunch box to suit your needs.
Do you offer a menu for children?
At Hotel Nevada, we also take care of the little ones, in the restaurant they will be able to taste our delicacies, prepared by our chef also based on your instructions and they will clean their plates! Highchairs, cutlery, glasses and placemats will always be at their disposal and it will be a pleasure for parents to see how they will try new things. No need to worry about having a bottle warmer with you, as we will take care of warming up the milk at our bar before your child goes to bed.
Is there a personalised menu for coeliacs, vegetarians, vegans, or those with an intolerance?
You will be able to indicate your dietary requirements at the time of booking.
As we do not have dedicated staff to cater to certain dietary requirements, we will work with you to organise the best possible solution to your requests for meals.
How can I book?

Must I pay a deposit to confirm my booking?
Yes, to confirm your booking we require a small deposit to guarantee your arrival. The deposit should be paid within 5 days after confirmation of booking by bank transfer or credit card number as guarantee.
Can I cancel my booking?
In order to offer you greater flexibility and freedom to plan your holiday, all bookings, regardless of the number of days booked, can be changed or cancelled at no extra cost up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival.
Cancellations made after this deadline up to one week prior to arrival will be charged the deposit, which can be recovered with another stay within the current season. Cancellations made in the last 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit.
How can I pay for my holiday?
We accept cash up to the amount permitted by law. Beyond this amount, you can pay by credit card, debit card or cheque.
Must I pay a tourist tax?
Absolutely not, in the Municipality of Bellaria Igea Marina you do not have to pay a tourist tax!
